Clinical Study on the Treatment of the Unstable Angina Pectoris of the Qi-deficiency and Blood-stasis Syndrome with Yiqi Huoxue Decoction

Objective: To observe the effect of Yiqi Huoxue decoction in treating unstable angina pectoris(UAP)of the Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome.Methods:Forty four patients with unstable angina pectoris of the Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome were randomly chosen and divided into two groups: Treatment group and control group.Both two groups were treated with conventionally therapeutic methods,including antiplatelet,anticoagulation,lipidemic-modulating,antiangina and symptomatic treatment.Simultaneously the Yiqi Huoxue decoction was added into the treatment group twice a day with one dose.The therapeutic effect,antiangina effect,changes of electrocardiogram and effective rate of main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine are detected.Blood glucose and blood lipid were measured and compared before and after treatment.Results: The effective rate of main symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and the antiangina effect in treatment group were better than that of the control group(P0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in decreasing TG,Tch,LDL-c(P0.05,P0.01),but was the same almostly as the control group in the way of the therapeutic effect of disease and changes of electrocardiogram,the effect of degrading blood glucose and adjustment of HDL-c(P0.05).Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Yiqi Huoxue decoction in treating UAP of the Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome was significant,and its working mechanism may be related to the adjusting metabolic disorder of lipid.
