Objective:To explore the surgical treatment efficacy of youth hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods:Retrospective analysis of 40 cases of youth hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were treated with surgical treatment systematically.Results:Of the 40 cases patients with surgical treatment, 3 died after operation, 37survived to discharge. By the following-up from 3 to 6 month,31 cases prove good with 1 to 3 points in Modified Rankin Scale score.Conclusion:For young patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage,correct surgical indications and early aggressive surgeon to fully relieve intracranial pressure, can reduce mortality and improve survival and quality of life.
