摘要
Objective To study the chemical constituents from Pinus armandii Franch.aiming at searching for anti-HIV compounds.Methods High-speed counter-current chromatography(HSCCC) was employed first to separate and purify compounds.A biphasic solvent system composed of n-hexane-n-butanol-methanol-water-acetic acid(1∶7∶1∶7∶0.15,volume ratio) was used.Results Two compounds were isolated and their structure were identified as: 4-(1′,2′-dihydroxy iso-propyl) cyclohexene carboxylic acid(Ⅰ),methyl-p-hydroxybenzoate(Ⅱ).Conclusion All these compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time by HSCCC.
