Design and Study on the Quick Opening & Membrane Chamber Filter Press Which Applied to Fractionation of Palm Oil

The structure of quick opening and membrane chamber filter press which applied to dry fractionation of palm is introduced,presents some problems and points of the design about filter press in many respects which include membrane filter plate,filter medium and static discharge device,structures of filter plate pack opens and closes in groups separately and locating structure of filter plate,hydraulic and electric control system.The solutions to these problems have been put forward and better results are obtained.
