Therapeutic Efficacy and Nuring Experience in the Treatment of SLE by Immunoadsorption

Objective The study explored the therapeutic efficacy and nuring experience of immunoadsorption in the treatment of systemic lu pus erythematosus(SLE) patients.Methods Immunoadorption therapy was given to 12 patients with anti-nuclear antibody positive SLE.Be fore and after the treatment with immunoadsorption,laboratory parameters and clinical symptoms and signs were observed.Results During and after treatment of SLE patients with immunoadsorption therapy,laboratory results were retuning to normal and clinical symptoms were re lieved to some degree,and no obvious side effects were observed.Conclusion Immunoadsorption therapy in the treatment of SLE is safe and effective,and no significant adverse reactions are observed.Careful observation and nuring is the key to immunoadsorption therapy
