The Shortage of Specialized Talented Person and some Measuresin Profession Department

After the system of higher education reformation in our country, the talented person shortage occurred in some enterprises, what are the solutions of the problem ? In this paper ,author has analyzed the reason of talented person shortage and has presented some measures. The best proposal is “3+1” that the incorporation of enterprise and university.
