Leaching of Zinc and Nickle From Spent Catalyst Using Sulphuric Acid

A new method for processing high zinc and nickel spent catalyst with sulphuric acid was introduced briefly.Influences of factors on leaching of zinc and nickel were examined.The experimental results showed that 98.79% for Zn,68.97% for Ni were leached under the conditions of temperature of 60℃,leaching time of 50 minutes,mixing speed of 300 r/min,sulphuric acid concentration 5 mol/L,V(liquid)/m(solid) of 7∶1.
