Observation of Curative Effect of Recombinant Human Erythropoietin on Renal Anemia

Objective To investigate effectivity and safety of recombinant human erythropoietin in treatment of renal anemia.Methods Total 80 patients of renal anemia were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group and control group.The treatment group was treated with JiaLinhao(the recombinant human erythropoietin which is produced by Shandong DongE Company),The control group was treated with LiXuebao(the recombinant human erythropoietin which is imported products).The varieties of haematoglobin、hematocrit and adverse effect were compared.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the level of haematoglobin and hematocrit were improved significantly,There was significant diffierence in haematoglobin and hematocrit level before and after treatment(P0.01),but there have no statistical significance between two groups(P0.05);There have no severe adverse effect in both group.Conclusion JiaLinhao is remarkably safe and effective in treatment of renal anemia.
