Endocrine mechanisms in marine invertebrates.

Abstract The objective of this minireview is to summarize the recent advances made in the area of marine invertebrate endocrinology, with special emphasis on the literature published in 1972 and 1973. Most of the pertinent publications in these two years have dealt with crustaceans. Nevertheless, significant contributions have also been made with representatives of other groups of marine invertebrates.
