Objective To evaluate the methods and efficacy of balloon dilatation patients with anastomotic stenosis postoperative esophageal cardiac carcinoma.Methods From 2002 to 2008,45 patients of esophageal anastomotic stenosis who were confirmed by barium meal and the clinical,had been dilatated,followed up a survey by gastroduodenal endoscopy and esophageal barium radiography as well as their symptoms were investigated periodically.Results The dysphagia symptoms were alleviated in all of 45 patients,the successful ratio of ball dilatation was 100%,and there was no complication of digestive tract massive hemorrhage and perforation after the dilatation.The rate of remission of dysphagia symptoms was 88.9% after three months.Conclusion The method is simple,safe and reliable,the effect is satisfied.
