摘要
Optical interconnection is becoming increasingly important in the datacenter and between the datacenter, in which the transmitter based Mach-Zehnder modulator is widely adopted. Two methods have been tried and tested experimentally to improve the performance. It is confirmed that the transmitter with the capacitive compensation of the bonding wire and big output-swing driver has bigger bandwidth.
