Lattice light-sheet microscopy with incoherent detection and extended field of view

We introduce lattice light-sheet system with an incoherent detection module that scans an extended FOV of 208x208 μm². We demonstrated the IHLLS 3D imaging capabilities, amplitude and phase distributions, of polystyrene beads and nerve cells.
