Hydrogen has been recognized as a promising alternative energy carrier due to its high energy density, low emissions, and potential to decarbonize various sectors. This review paper aims to provide an in-depth analysis of the recent advances, challenges, and future perspectives in hydrogen production, transportation, storage, and utilization (HPTSU) technologies. The paper discusses various methods of hydrogen production, highlights the developments in transportation and storage solutions, explores the potential applications of hydrogen across different sectors, and identifies the key research areas for further improvement and large-scale deployment of hydrogen technologies.
