Cytec Industries Inc has appointed Shane D. Fleming to the position of president of Cytec Specialty Chemicals, effective immediately. Fleming will have responsibility for leading the growth of Cytec’s specialty chemicals business, which includes the company’s polymer and rubber additives product offerings, and driving profit improvement initiatives within the business.
