Rapid, room-temperature self-organization of polyarylated 1 H -pyrroles from acetylenes and nitriles in the KOBu t /DMSO system

A new family of polysubstituted pyrroles became readily accessible in a simple one-step procedure from acetylenes and nitriles under mild (room temperature, 15 min), transition-metal-free conditions.
