SORTING,SEPARATION AND DEGRADATION OF CRUDE DEGRADATION MICROBE

Seven petroleum-degrading microbes(OD-1～OD7) from active sludge and oil-polluted soil in which petroleum is the only carbon source are sorted.The degradation percentage of OD-5 can reach as high as 65.52%.Factors influencing the degradation ability are studied.The conclusion shows that the most moderate environment for petroleum-degrading microbes to grow is primary pH 7～8,temperature 30~35℃ respectively.
