A new technology to produce rapeseed oil and protein at one time

A new technology included three steps that were the treatment of rapeseed,the extraction of rapeseed oil and the extraction of rapeseed protein,was put forward to extract the rapeseed oil and protein at one time.In the step of rapeseed treatment,the traditional physical grinding and the new enzymatic degradation method were used to break down the cell of rapeseed and to provide the better condition for the extraction of rapeseed oil and protein.By using a series of modern technology such as extraction and ultrafiltration,both the high quality of rapeseed oil and the rapeseed protein with high quality and quantity could be obtained with this new technology.
