Way to enhance the sensitivity of imatinib to chronic myeloid leukemia

With the progress in elucidating the resistant mechanism of imatinib,reduction of imatinib resistance becomes possible.There are many strategies to increase the sensitivity of imatinib to chronic myeloid leukemia(CML),such as raising the intracellular drug concentration,regulating the signal pathway and inhibiting the expression of apoptotic depressors.
