摘要
Objective To detect trace elements in rice and maize from Bama county of Guangxi province and probe into the relation between element contents and longevity. Methods The method of ICP-AES was applied to analyze the trace elements including Al,Ca,Cd,Co,Cr,Cu,Fe,Mg,K,Mn,Na,P,Pb,Zn in 23 rice samples and 25 maize samples which were chosen at random in Bama. Results Al,Cd,Pb contents in the longevity district group were lower than those in the non longevity district group;Ca,Cu,Fe,Mg,K,Mn,P,Zn contents in the longevity district group were higher than those in the non-longevity district significantly. Conclusions Different dietary trace elements compositions might exist in Bama's rice and maize of longevity district and relative non longevity district, which relationship with longevity needs worth further research.
