A Study of Rheological Behaviors of Al_2O_3-TiO _2 Slurry

The effect of mill time,dispersant content and solid volume fraction on rheological behaviors of Al_2O_3-TiO_2 slurry were investigated.The results showed that the viscosity of Al_2O_3-TiO_2 slurry was only 76 mPa·s and the solidification time was 360s after adding solidified agent when the mill time was 4h,the additive of dispersant was 3%(mass fraction of solid),and the solid volume content was 45%.And this slurry obtained the best fluid performance and abundant solidification time,was propitious to gelcasting.
