摘要
Based on thermo-simulation experimental results,dynamic recrystallization models of 42CrMo steel were derived.Effects of deformation temperatures on the formation and dynamic recrystallization of 42CrMo steel were simulated by finite element method.The results show that the deformation of specimen is inhomogeneous,and the effective strain at the center of the specimen is maximum.The deformation inhomogeneity is the most serious when the deformation temperature is 950℃.The distribution of the effective stress in the specimen is also inhomogeneous.The maximum effective stress lies in small deformed areas when the deformation temperatures are high,while the common boundary of the large and small deformed areas for relatively lower deformation temperatures.The dynamic recrystallization fraction increases with the increase of deformation temperature.Distribution of dynamic recrystallization grain size is not uniform in the deformed specimen,and dynamic recrystallization grain sizes become fine when deformation temperatures decrease.
