Progress in Research on Organic-Inorganic Composite Microspheres Employing Template Method

The recent progress in synthesis of special organic-inorganic composites microspheres employing template method is reviewed in this article. Templates can be divided into soft-template and hard-template. A spatial structure of soft-template is maintained by weak interaction of intra- or inter- molecular, and a spatial structure of hard-template is hold by covalent bond. Based on these templates, different organic-inorganic composite microspheres have been prepared in recent years.In this paper, the researches on these materials are summarized and reviewed.
