Determination on Trace Elementsof Black Tea and Green Tea and TheirExtraction Solution from Yingde,Guangdong

The contents of trace elements of black tea and green tea and their extraction solution from Yingde,Guangdong were determined respectively by atom absorption method.The results showed that the contents of trace elements in black tea and green tea from Yingde are both higher. The extraction solubility of the elements are 30% to 50%.
