摘要
This study develops a Co3O4-RuO2 heterojunction catalyst for the acidic oxygen evolution reaction (OER). The presence of oxygen vacancies at the heterointerface, along with the electronic coupling synergistically enhances OER activity. This results in a low overpotential of 218 mV at 10 mA cm-2, demonstrating its potential for efficient hydrogen production through proton exchange membrane water electrolysis.
