Abstract Combined with the program of the Qingshuitang bridge, the Journal was studied large‐span steel truss arch bridge integrated hoisting technology. The program studied the new intelligent climbing‐arch crane with “multi‐point lifting and fusion perception”, which provided the equipment support for high‐precision, fast positioning and docking of the rod of the steel truss arch. Based on the intelligent climbing‐arch crane, it developed the key technique of segmental installation of the large‐span steel truss arch bridge with “climbing upward and lifting the steel truss arch, climbing downward and lifting the double deck bridge beam”, which achieved the precise positioning of the segment of the arch and beam. The program also developed the construction simulation analysis of large cantilever assembly of steel truss arch, double deck hoisting and non‐stress closure, which achieved the high‐precision lifting technology of the arch and beam of the steel truss arch bridge. The technology ensures the construction quality and provides a reference for the subsequent construction of similar programs.
