Irisin as a marker of hepatic steatosis in children with metabolic dysfunction–associated steatotic liver disease

We revealed that elevated irisin levels were associated with the degree of hepatic steatosis in MASLD. We also found a borderline significant positive association of irisin with liver enzymes.
