96. Transgene Expression from Recombinant AAV-8 Vectors in the Liver Occurs Independently of the Serotype Origin of the Viral Inverted Terminal Repeats

We present data from the long-term in vivo evaluation of gene transfer vectors combining properties from seven different serotypes of Adeno-Associated Virus (AAV), and discuss how they corroborate our current model for liver transduction by AAV.
