Hemodynamic Saphenous Preserving Procedures in Chronic Venous Disease

The elimination of the saphenous vein (resection or ablation) is increasing in the last few years. This has short and long-term consequences not yet known. The saphenous preserving procedures may help to avoid indiscriminate elimination of veins and its consequences.
