AIM:The effects of hypoxia training in atmosphere(concentration of oxygen is 13.6%)on the content of NF-κB,Cyt c and Beclin1,and the gene of autophagy were investigated,so that the theory of study on the mechanisms of hypoxic acclimatization and project of high altitude training is provided.Methods:the content of NF-κB,Cyt c and Beclin1 were assessed by ELISA.RESULTS:NF-κB and Beclin1 increased during training,hypoxic acclimatization and hypoxic training acclimatization,and HC and HiLo increased significantly.It showed that autophagy induced during training,hypoxic acclimatization and hypoxic training acclimatization.Conclusion:The mechanism in hypoxic acclimatization of the gene of autophagy Beclin1 may be:NF-κB and Beclin1 increase by ROS hypoxia-induced;NF-κB and Beclin1 developed acclimatization by NF-κB inhibited because of ROS decreasing,Cyt c didn't increase,so that cardiocytes were protected.
