Rapid screening of recombinant human PSP94 plasmid

Objective:To find a rapid method of screening positive recombinant plasmid.Methods:Specific PCR amplification was used to screen human PSP94 recombinant plasmid,with incubating medium as template directly.Results:The positive recombinant plasmid was screened successfully.Conclusion:PCR method is cheaper;experimental time is shorter and specificity was higher,and the method is especially fit for rapid screening and identification of the recombinants.
