Effect of Extender pH and Glycerin on Motility of Tibetan Mastiff Frozen Semen

The effect of different extender pH(5.5,6.0,6.5,7.0,7.5) and different balance time(10,20,30,40,50,60,70,80,90 min)of Glycerin on the motility of frozen sperm of Tibetan Mastiff in their reproduction season(Sep-Dec) was studied in the experiment.The results showed that the motility of sperm was higher in ph 6.5 extender than in the others in the condition of 4℃.The balance time of glycerin affected the motility of sperm greatly,and the balance time of 20 min was better for motility of frozen sperm than that of others.
