Preliminary discussion of Q method role in traditional Chinese medicine clinical diagnosis and treatment standards

Q methodology is a qualitative and quantitative research combination approach to quest human subjectivity.It can get subjects of group consensus opinions through the analysis of the sorting items.Expert consensus opinion is an important method to form the TCM diagnosis and treatment of standards.Previous study shows that the study of Q method of characteristics suit to the characteristics of TCM thought which can be used to classify experts’ syndrome differentiation and treatment views in a certain disease and get consensus and disagreements.Q method has a different unique advantage from other consensus methods.It is worth to explore the role of Q method in setting TCM diagnosis and treatment standards.
