Objective To evaluate the effects of psychological intervention on life quality of the breast cancer patients underwent radical mastectomy.Methods The European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaire(EORTC-QLQ-C30) was used to assess the life quality of the participants.One-way ANOVA and t test were used to analyze the data.P0.05 was considered as significant.Results The life quality of breast cancer patients was poor(49.12±10.39),and was significantly different from those of patients with benign breast tumor(P0.05).After psychological intervention,the life quality of breast cancer patients who underwent radical mastectomy was significantly improved(P0.05),and was not significantly different from that of patients with benign breast tumor.Conclusion Comprehensive psychological intervention can significantly improve the life quality of breast cancer patients underwent the radical mastectomy.
