Clinical comparison of reteplase and urokinase thrombolytic therapy in acute myocardial infarction

Objective To compare and analyze the clinical effect of reteplase and urokinase thrombolytic therapy for acute myocardial infarction, in order to guide the therapy. Methods 88 cases of acute myocardial infarction patients were chosen as the research object, and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group. With conventional treatment as the basis, the observation group got reteplase thrombolysis while the control group got urokinase thrombolytic. Their recanalization rate and 4 week mortality and adverse circumstances were recorded and compared. Results The recanalization rate of the observation group(77.3% vs 56.8%) were significantly higher than the control group, so did the survival rate(93.2% vs 77.3%), the difference was statistically significant(P 0.05); However, the comparison of incidence of adverse reactions(6.8% vs 9.1%) of two groups had no significant(P 0.05). Conclusion Reteplase thrombolytic therapy of acute myocardial infarction is better than the effect of urokinase, so it is worthy of promotion.
