EXTRACT OF LARGEHEAD ATRACTYLODES RHIZOME ON EXTERNAL INHIBITOR INVASION OF PG CELLS OF HUMAN LUNG CANCER

Objective: to investigate the effects of extract of largehead atractylodes rhizome on proliferation,adhesiveness and invasiveness of the cancer.Methods: cloning experiment,adhensiveness experiment and invasiveness experiment were used to investigate the effect of extract on the proliferation,adhesiveness and invasiveness.Results: volatile oil of largehead atractylodes rhizome can reduce proliferation of single PG cells,volatile oil and polysaccharide of largehead atractylodes rhizome can reduce adhesiveness and invasiveness of PG cells.Conclusion: volatile oil and polysaccharide of largehead atractylodes rhizome can reduce invasiveness of PG cells.
