Comparison of Oleanolic Acid and Ursolic Acid in Loquat Leaves from Different Strains

Objective To compare the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid in loquat leaves from different strains. Methods The content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were determined by HPLC. Results The highest level of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid were found in loquat leaves come from JIEFANZHONG,while the lowest level of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid found in loquat leaves come from JIAJIAO and HUNANBAISHA,respectivety. Conclusion There were significant difference of the contents of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid among the loquat leaves from different strains.
