Synovium Antiogenesis in Rheumatoid Arthritis and Pannus

The formation of pannus is an important pathological process of rheumatoid arthritis(RA),which is the main reason and pathological basis of joint lesion and cartilage destruction.And synovial angiogenesis is the main pathological feature of pannus formation.In this paper,we provided a review in following aspects:the synovial angiogenesis process,influencing factors,and treatment of RA targeted on pannus and synovial angiogenesis,with the view to provide ideas and reference for the treatment of RA.
