Based on the blade element momentum(BEM),three type wind turbines are designed. They are 3-blade traditional wind turbine,3-blade and 4-blade wind turbine under the wind velocity acceleration equipment(WTWVA). Their aerodynamic and configuration parameters are obtained. The previously developed design technique is further developed for aerodynamic and structural parameters of WTWVA. Aerodynamic model is established for 3 type wind turbines. Power distribution and annual energy output are also calculated for analysis. The analysis results show that under the same condition of power and annual energy output,the radius size is reduced by 35% of new WTWVA and power coefficient is increased more than 1 time. Finally,an efficient wind turbine device is designed. Theoretical basis is reliable for design and development of new efficient wind turbine.
