摘要
Human intestinal flora is a complex microecosystem, which plays an important role in human nutrition metabolism and immune regulation. With the development of microbiological detection technology, more and more attention has been paid to the species, quantity, distribution and metabolic characteristics of intestinal flora. As a more and more common liver disease, non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is regarded as the liver manifestations of human metabolic syndrome. The imbalance of intestinal flora in human body can affect liver function through the gut-liver axis. This article reviews research progress of the relationship between intestinal flora imbalance and NAFLD.
