We summarize and numerically estimate, in a simple form, the major relationship and parameters of classical nucleation theory (CNT) toward the problem of solidification under extreme conditions of large driving force. The effect of reduced quantities such as the interfacial free energy and chemical potential difference is explored under both heterogeneous and homogeneous modes of nucleation. It is shown when under strong driving force conditions, total homogeneous nuclei production within the bulk may exceed the production by heterogeneous nucleation sources.
