Investigation on the Effect of Some Phytochemical Crude Extractions on Resisting DNA Oxidization in Vitro

Object: to investigate the effect of some phytochemical crude extractions on resisting DNA oxidization.Methods: DNA damage protection action was determined by CuSO_4-Phen-Vc-H_2O_2-DNA chemiluminescence systems respectively with bamboo leaves extraction,grape seeds extraction and black currant extraction.Results: Grape seeds extraction has a good function on resisting DNA oxidization with a close dose-effect manner.Bamboo leaves extraction shows the effect on resisting DNA oxidization in some doses.On the contrary,black currant extraction promotes DNA oxidization.Conclusion: CuSO_4-Phen-Vc-H_2O_2-DNA chemiluminescence systems is a good method to detect effect of resisting DNA oxidization quickly,conveniently and efficiently.
