Piezoelectric composites of sulphoaluminate cement base with 03 connectivity were fabricated from lead magnesium niobatelead zirconatelead titanate ( PMN) by compressing technique. Piezoelectric and dielectric properties of the composites with difference PMN contents were measured and investigated. The influence of cement ages on the piezoelectric constant of the composites was analyzed. Results indicate that the piezoelectric coefficients d_(33) and dielectric constants of the composites rapidly increase as PMN content increases. The piezoelectric properties of sulphoaluminate cement base piezoelectric composites increase with the increasing of cement hydration age, on the contrary, the piezoelectric properties of piezoelectric ceramic and polymer/ceramic piezoelectric composites decrease with the prolonging of time. When the cement hydration age reaches to a certain value d_(33) comes to be constant.
