Determination of Chlorogenic Acid,Caffeic Acid and Rutin in Herba Anoectochili by HPLC

The determination of chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid and rutin in Herba anoectochili were studied by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC) method.The chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid and rutin were extracted from Herba anoectochil with 80% methanol,then subjected to be purified by silica gel column.The chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid and rutin can be separated and determinated on a Waters Xterra TM C_(18)(250×4.6mm,5μm) column.The recoveries are 95%~105%,and relative standard deviations are 1.6%~2.5%.
