Study on properties of edible packaging compound film made of pullulan/sodium alginate/sodium carboxymethylcellulose

The edible packaging film was made from pullulan as main material and with sodium alginate and sodium carboxymethylcellulose as auxiliary material.An experiment on screening out the formula of edible packaging film was made by means of using orthogonal experiment design of L9(33).The findings indicate the best formula was 2.4% pullulan,0.4% sodium alginate,0.6% sodium carboxymethylcellulose.
