Objective To explore the surgical treatment of ankle fractures with non-surgical treatment differences. Methods Select our hospital from January 2010 to December 2010 were analyzed in 151 cases of external ankle and three ankle fractures in patients with retrospective analysis of clinical data. Results Surgical group: 93 cases, 8 cases, 2 cases, 2 cases. Those who did not: 25 cases, 7 cases, 8 cases, 6 cases. Conclusion Surgical treatment for ankle fracture, anatomical reduction and internal fixation is an effective method for the treatment of ankle fractures.
