Lower eyelid blepharoplasty is a common technique. Unlike upper eyelid blepharoplasty, lower eyelid blepharoplasty has a more unfavorable complication profile. These complications result in both cosmetic and functional issues for the patient. This issue covers assessment, technique selection, and application of careful technique to minimize the occurrence of complications from lower eyelid blepharoplasty.
