New findings and new methods on macrophages in primary immune thrombocytopenia

Primary immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) is an acquired autoimmune disease with multiple immune cells take part in the pathogenesis. Macrophages play multiple roles in both innate and adaptive immune system.
