Determintion of chlorogenic acid in Xuanhua Mixture by HPLC

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of chlorogenic acid in Xuanhua Mixture.METHODS Quantitative analysis of chlorogenic acid in this preparations by HPLC.RESULTS Chlorogenic acid showed a linear relationship at the range of 4~100mg·L-1.The average recovery was 97.89%.CONCLUSION The method was reliable,accurate with a reproducibility and can be used to control the quality of this mixture effectively.
