Breeding of DH0815,a Hybrid Rape Combination with Low Erucic Acid,Low Glucosinolate and High Oil Content

DH0815 is a hybrid rape combination with yellow seed,low erucic acid and low glucosinolate content bred from the cross between 850A(a recessive GMS line with low erucic acid and low glucosinolate content) ×F15(a restorer line with low erucic acid and low glucosinolate content).The results showed that the oil,erucic and glucosinolate contents were 43.64%,0.13% and 15.5 μmol/g(rape cake),and the seed yield and oil yield were 4.69% and 14.1% higher than CK(Youza 2) respectively during the two years' regional test in Jiangxi Province.
