Experimental study of inhibitory effect of decoy-ODNs targeting nuclear factor-κB on expression of TNFα in pMφ cells

Objective To synthetize Decoy ODNs in dumbbell shape with the nuclear sequence similar to NF κB cis elements,and to measure the anti inflammatory action of decoy ODNs targeting NF κB.?Methods With carriers of cationic liposomes,decoy ODNs were transfected into pM cells from rats. Then the inhibitory effects of the decoy ODNs of TNFα were analyzed.?Results Decoy ODNs could decrease the expression of TNFα in a dose dependent manner.?Conclusion Decoy ODNs targeting nuclear factor κB can decrease the expression of inflammatory mediators in pMφ cells.
